It started out in the Netherlands by signing a joint venture marketing agreement with highly-regarded ABN AMRO bank in 1998, to form a strategic partnership. 9 years later BNY Mellon took sole ownership of the Dutch bank, which subsequently merged into The Bank of New York Mellon Asset Servicing SA/NV.

Initial situation
Due to the development of BNY Mellon and the ever growing staff, the company decided to relocate to be able to provide products and services that meet the growing expectations of their clients and business partners.
