Situated in the center of Liège, on 2.800m², this project uniquely uses limited space by distributing the design and technology across three floors.
FCM Architects both transformed and added on to the existing building, allowing BMW Discar to execute and expand its business.
The different commercial areas have been organized on two levels and are oriented towards the main boulevard. This offers maximum brand visibility, while allowing space for the workshop in the rear of the building.
New access leads the client to three interactive receptions areas. Finally, a parking is located on the roof served by an access ramp, which presents pure and futuristic lines.
Every minute detail has been thought through in order to create the ultimate BMW commercial and after-sales experience. This project was done hand-in- hand with the client, our studio and city authorities in order to smoothly integrate this new building into its urban environment.
