The polygonal geometry of the site provides a unique openness for all the buildings, which are oriented for optimal light and ventilation.

This development's most unique feature is the 175,000 square feet podium, whilst a meditation corner, basketball court and swimming pool run through the indigenous landscaping. The club house, playground, barbecue and social areas are aesthetically built into the topography. In terms of sustainability, energy-efficient lighting, motion-sensors and solar-powered equipment help to reduce the development's energy usage, while much of the indigenous plant life was retained.
