To mark a change of venue, Group Arion, -a company of Software, Consulting and Marketing online- acquired a building just outside the city, on which the project of the new headquarters would develop.
The project goal was to ease the burden activities that take place in a corporate building, through archi-tectural design interiors that encourage the user comfort. Given this premise, two ranges of materials were selected: the first follows a logic of sober, apparent and warm elements; to complement the first array, there were inserted elements that provide contrast to the design without breaking harmony, such as the inclusion of a material with local history, the Acapulco thread.
The adaptation of the property is built on an old construction of corporate use, on two levels. The ground floor of the project consists of an area of office work, while the first floor houses the office of directors and services. There are two entrances to the project, the first is located on the ground floor, just after the main parking area of the building; while the second entrance is on the first level and leads to the directive area. The ground floor of the program is developed around a private area delimited by panels in orange hues, while work areas are located in a perimeter bar.
The project is surrounded by a staircase connecting the two levels, that item is accompanied with or-ange Acapulco thread and vegetation whithin gray blacksmith planters. At the second level they are located the directive office, some private cubicles and closed boardroom; plus service area formed by bathrooms and a kitchenette.
