We developed the concepts and sketched the designs ourselves. Based on these sketches, the building plans were drawn up in close collaboration with De Appelboom ( Interior architects and decoration ).
Typical features of this house are the Normandy-style roof and the sleek finish.
For the furnishings and fittings, we settled on a combination of rustic and rugged with ethnic details. The fabrics and furniture were matched and coordinated with great care. The use of Castle Stones tiles in earthy tones creates a warm atmosphere.
The aim of the restyling was to give the house a more modern look while at the same time preserving the authentic atmosphere. A fresh white color on the wall and a clean-cut kitchen with a beautiful
marble countertop and the most sophisticated Sub-Zero equipment. A combination of rustic and sturdy furniture completes the picture that matches well using the Castle Stones products: Loft, Dalle & Bricks.
