Altura Apartments

Altura is a modern boutique residential apartment building located on the river edge in Moray Street, New Farm. The development consists of 5 apartments, each apartment occupying an entire floor with private lift access, a basement carpark level and a rooftop terrace level with plunge pool. A contemporary architectural expression both internally and externally responds to both the site and the clients brief of providing a development of the highest quality with the core idea of a traditional home. All living spaces access large generous balconies which are located to emphasise the dramatic view to the city, river and story bridge. All bedrooms access smaller more intimate balcony spaces with direct dialogue to either the street or river, with all bedrooms also gaining a view of the river. Living and sleeping spaces have been separated via a sectional level change whilst the axial plan diagram offers clarity within the internal circulation of the apartments.
