Aldrich Chemical creates or develops any chemical in any quantity requested by R & D institutions and departments worldwide. The laboratory and packaging facilities is extremely flexible, and conforms to the new more stringent Wisconsin Building Code (based on IBC). Forced to relocate from its existing location by pending highway improvements, the client desired to use a new 120,000 s.f. building to anchor the site and relate to the high-tech production happening within. The site, scale, program and entry all influenced the design process and the ultimate layout and form. An additional 280,000 s.f. of existing facilities are being renovated to accommodate new production lines.
