7 living / working houses Piazza Céramique

As part of an ensemble of three detached blocks (block 22) grouped around a central public square on a raised plinth are 7 living / work units developed. Block 22 is part of the plan by Jo Coenen designed céramique in Maastricht. The conditions for block 22c were both in size and material use strictly defined. the type of home that has been developed with a working space on the ground floor (for professional home), living feature on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor. The outdoor area is situated in the form of a roof terrace on the 3rd floor next to a partial roof as extra hobby room. in the design of the dwellings are occupied areas to the south (street) projected.
