This is a continuation of single-family house designed by JABRAARCHITECTS. Floor plan is based on the main lines of communication east-west and north-south, with clear separation of residential areas - day and night. The central part of the house is the living area, which is opened through panoramic 13-meter-long glazing from the kitchen, dining and living room to the whole of the interior patio. In two separate wings of the house - the night zone is designed for parents and children. In the 'parents wing' are bedroom, bathroom, dressing room and sauna. In the children's section are scheduled two bedrooms and a dressing room.
Functional minimalism design reflects the architecture of the house - a simple homogeneous plane walls, floors and furniture, and high-quality materials - natural wood, stone, ceramics. Despite the simple forms of space and equipment, the interior does not weary through repeatability. Bleached plank floor and white walls are the bright background for custom-designed furniture, equipment and art exhibits that bring contrasts, enliven and soft simple form. Warm wood accents are clearly visible against the background of monochrome surfaces. Home interior space and comfort in addition to high-quality material solutions primarily modernity and the idea for a life inspired by the rhythms of nature. The integrated management system is designed exclusively for house to intuitively respond to the needs of Users. Lighting control devices takes place without undue attention and commitment of the household. This house adapts to us but not us for it. Home space becomes multidimensional and no traivial so light that naturally responds to the time of year, time of day, movement or watching movie on a weekend evening or even user's mood. On the opposite side of the unfulfilled needs and comfort is also aware of being part of a larger ecosystem in which clean technology, optimization and management of use electricity and heating are standard and philosophy of life, not avant-garde.
