The design of 3M’s Customer Technical Centre came from the need of having a space where 3M could exhibit its portfolio, through demonstrations, events, and training enabling a closer encounter between the client and 3M products. Thus, the building´s 1,800 m² area was divided into 18 spaces, one for each business initiative. At the same time, this project was designed and constructed under LEED standards, which allows water and energy savings. Its elegance and interior beauty is remarkable, as well as the ease with which the company´s equipment is incorporated to the design as an element of aesthetic worth. The end result is a work of architectural value that exhibits the aesthetic and expressive language of the present, facing the future with innovation and cutting edge technology.
