This is one of the first “green projects” in Russia. The village consists of 9 villas of four different types. Each villa is two-storied building with basement floor. First floor is a public space which includes a big sitting room with fireplace, spa zone with swimming pool, a guest suit and a garage. Second floor – the private one - consists of one, two or three separated blocks with sloping roofs. One block contains a master suite, while the others – smaller bedrooms for the children.
The main feature of the villas is applying some green perennial plants as roof, terrace and ramp finishes, for example, the special type of moss is used for the roof covering. The color of the moss depends of the intensity of insolation, so it can vary from green to red. Also, the plant covering fulfils the landscape function by the extending the green areas of the village. Another one interesting feature is a square patio with dwarf tree in the middle of each villa, so the nature “enters” the house and became a part of the interior.
