With direct access from the Bosphorus Bridge and on the cross roads of the E5 and TEM highways in the Kozyatagi business district of Istanbul, the 1.7 hectare site makes a highly visible location for the new Palladium Tower. The building provides of efficiently planned flexible Grade A office space around a central core, offering floor plates of between 900 and 1100 sqm suitable for single or multiple tenancies. The design includes naturally ventilated landscaped atria at each level for the benefit of the office occupiers.
A double height Reception Lobby is approached from a landscaped drop off area and connects to meeting rooms, fitness, sauna, spa and cafeteria areas. Parking is provided below ground. The external façade has been designed to maximise daylight into the office spaces, whilst maintaining a high degree of thermal insulation. Coloured glass spandrel panels have been oriented horizontally at high levels to provide uninterrupted panoramic views of the Bosphorus sea.
