Creating a 3 Michelin star restaurant into a 19th century old barn with a brand new extension where the restaurant is situated. The lines of the restaurant are followed outside where the vegetables and flowers, used in the famous dishes are. Together with the architect we managed to create an engineered floor completely matching expectations of the owners and the high standards of this world famous, 3 star awarded restaurant.
