The project is a Commercial Complex with a total built up area of 7,872.84 m2. It has a Commercial Office building, a Medical Center, a Chapel and Columbarium, and a Wake Area, plus two basements. The entrance to the complex is through a large square with slope. The chapel have been placed on the left side of the entrance, with seating for 100 people. After the chapel services, you enter the reception area for the columbarium, starting on the second floor and they spread over 6 floors. Towards the right side also facing the street, the medical center is located. The reception, offices and services, such as pharmacy, x-ray, Laboratory, etc. are on the fist floor. The second floor consists of offices and administrative areas. Between this two volumes are two pedestrian paths, one that continues along the ground to reach the area of wakes and the other, an open stair that leads to the internal main plaza. Through a common area you enter the 5 operating wakes. In this area there is a vertical connection to the basement for the entrance of the funeral procession with the coffin. In the basement there is also the mortuary room through which pass the coffin before being taken to the wakes. The main square is located on the second floor, on top of the wakes. From where you can access the commercial office building, consisting of 2 floors. The first is the area of customer service as well as offices and the private offices are on the second 2nd floor.
