This cornerhouse of the Tilburgseweg is a national monument and is part of two rows of four former workers' houses. The property has been extended to the rear in the past. This extension has been demolished and has been replaced by a new kitchen and garden room. The garden room is surrounded with glass, so a lot of light in the house and there is a view of the garden and the wooded area. The gutter line of the existing house has been extended so that there is a visual connection between old and new. The design is developed into a blueprint for remodeling and a monument and building permit is applied for.
