Designed to give privacy and a sense of seclusion from the street and adjoining properties this home is sheltered behind a series of screens that open up to the canal and private pool. External louvres and screens provoke a play of light and shadow to the home and outdoor areas as the sun passes the site during different hours of the day. The layout divides the home into two separate zones, entertaining and open plan social areas on the lower level and a private family retreat to the upper level.
