The Pardo + Aliaga Bussines Centre is the corporate headquarters of a major Peruvian textile company. The facade is a tissue composed of a repeating pattern randomly based on gray reflective glass used on both sides. This tissue is folded on two sides defining the corner of the volume. Generate a series of cuts to the main building and the terrace floor management income. Inside the vertical circulation –elevators, stairs- and toilets are grouped into the longest bar in dividing wall, freeing the plants in the two main fronts. The building also has a roof garden of 700.00 m2.
