Small townhouse designed for three people. Due to the small plot and a desire to preserve a big garden the block have to grow. Fortunately the functional requirements were minimal.Owners wanted to replicate the old apartment in whitch the used to live in. In addition, in the near term, the second bedroom will slowly change in to the office. The small size made it easier to organize an open floor plan with no supportingwalls inside. The shape of the building is simple, finished with facade hollow bricks in gray colour. Graphite joinery is combined with touches of exotic woodwhich covers the technical part of the building and also supplemented with details made from corten steel and sandstone.
