The building industry is changing, the query changes. New sights gifs us an other look on health, sustainability and future for us and our children. Sustainable constructions are based on the health- and environmental effects due to construct, buildings and the constructed surroundings to reduce. Doschawol fits seamless in this new vision of construct.

General: Doschawol contains 100% high technical animal fibers named Keratin (sheep wool). Doschawol contains no binding materials, stability fibers, fire retardant or other chemical additions. Keratin is a renewable and secondary raw material. It’s thereby ecological and has a minimum effect on our environment. Adjusting without special clothing and there is no special adjust regulation. All the proven qualities on physiological, chemical and mechanical territory are not only good to the environment, but also in terms of indoor climate, comfort and common health. Physical properties: Thermal • Thermal conductivity, lambda- declared 0,035 W/(mK) NEN 1068 • High specific heath 1720 J/Kg K Moist behavior • High moisture regulation • No development of mould • Technical insulation without corrosion • Moisture open & water resistant Fire resistance • Fire specifications complies to Euro class E • Self extinguished and no dropping fire • Low heat of combustion • No toxic smoke Acoustic • High sound absorption coefficient • Good acoustic specifications

Environment friendly: • NIBE environment class 1a • Low energy consumption by production • Renewable, ecological raw material • 100% recyclable & neutral CO2- balance • Contains no binding materials or stability fibers • Contains no fire retardant or borax • Resistance against mould through Mystox MP

Human friendly: • No risk to our health • User friendly • Skin friendly & non- allergic • Inspiration of the fiber causes no harm to our health (biological demolition) • More comfort by natural balanced indoor climate • Absorption of undesirable gasses

Economical: • Preventing of construction problems (condensation, mould, heat pressure etc) • Good heath- and environmental specifications • Technical lifetime more than 100 year

Absorption of undesired gasses (sanitation of the indoor air): Doschawol (Keratin) has the special ability to absorb undesirable gasses, vapors and smells out of the air. This effect is done by a chemical reaction in the fiber witch contains 98% proteins. In other words, Doschawol reorganize the air of the indoor environment. Scientifically the onus of proof has been provided for that. Satiety of Doschawol will not arise in a human lifetime because the capacity to contract this response is enormously large. The presence of undesirable gases is one of the factors of the "sick building syndrome". Responsible gasses are among others: Aldehydes ( i.e. formaldehyde), sulfur oxide, carbon oxide, ozone, ammoniac gas et cetera.
