As poetry streams out from imagination like trails beaten by early hikers in literature, so the new design stems from the contours of the preceding ones providing a new interpretation of former creative patterns. The new Weg line was conceived focusing on an ordinary daily use and based on an accurate exploration of the shapes of sanitary wares in order to translate them into design projects for new implements. This line was purposely made to produce no startling effects and fully deploys all of its design concepts: to be an ergonomic, new, modern line of sanitary wares. The scope of overall design project was to actually observe, investigate, make neat and reprocess the signs that arise out of history of sanitary wares getting rid of all trendy and excessive over-structures in order to reformulate ceramic wares and their role of functional furniture of non-discussed elegance. Tiny details, clear and dark contrasts, and soft contour lines make this new range the starting line for a real culture of bathroom spaces. As poems walk down the road of words, so Weg walks along the way of shapes to outline a series of items that match with history of industrial drawings.
