The name Torei is a phonetic transposition of the Japanese word for “tray”. The small tables of the Torei collection grew out of the idea of a serving tray’s small dimensions and flexible use, and their legs provide just the right height for being placed alongside a sofa or an armchair. The Torei line offers two table sizes with respect to both length and height. As a result, the different tables can be used on combination with one another to create ensembles or be used individually in conjunction with a sofa as a coffee table or end table in response to the needs of the user’s living room.
