Testo, the measurement technology experts, consolidates its position as the world market leader in heating measurement technology. With the new flue gas analyzer testo 330i, heating constructors and service engineers can now carry out their work on heaters and burners more quickly and easily than ever before.

At the beginning the question was posed by Testo's developers: What can we drastically simplify in flue gas measurement on heating systems? Up to now, the handling of flue gas analyzers has often been inconvenient – costing the user valuable time. Above all, the unstable fixing of the measurement probe, and the often large distances between the measurement and the adjustment locations make flue gas measurement a difficult balancing act. In addition to this, many heating technicians complain about the bothersome documentation of the measurement results on paper.

More freedom and flexibility in flue gas measurement

For all these difficulties, Testo developers have found intelligent solutions. In the core of the testo 330i is the thousand-fold proven technology of its predecessor testo 330-2 LL. With one crucial difference: the testo 330i does not require its own display, but instead transfers the measurement values via Bluetooth and an App to the user's smartphone or tablet. Testo thus creates a new level of flexibility in flue gas measurement, as the heating technician always has the measurements in view where he needs them – completely independently of the measurement location. However, the App allows not only more freedom in operation, but also takes documentation work off contractors' and service engineers' hands. Reports can be created directly on site, comments and photos can be added, and they can comfortably be sent by e-mail to the customer or the user's own office. This considerably reduces the time needed for documentation.
