LED and Linear lighting

As a pioneer in the lighting industry, Sensio is proud to unveil the future of lighting technology, its ‘Surface Light Source (SLS)’ solutions.

For those desiring to create a sleek, seamless style throughout their kitchen, Sensio’s SLS products are the ideal solution. Each fitting features concealed LED points which are hidden by an opaque cover, resulting in there being no visible diodes. This in turn creates a diffused effect that’s similar to the beam emitted from a halogen or fluorescent light, without compromising on brightness.

Providing ideal task lighting solutions when placed under cabinets to illuminate worktops, or alternatively, a decorative option when positioned within glass fronted cabinetry to display glassware or crockery, the SLS fittings are available in ‘cool white’ and ‘warm white’ colour temperatures. This makes them suitable for both contemporary and traditionally styled kitchens, the ‘warm white’ fittings achieving a lumen output of 194Lm, and the ‘cool white’ options boasting an output of 216 Lm.

The SLS fittings provide all the benefits associated with LED’s as they are energy efficient, reducing household bills, and last on average for around 12 and a half years, 11 years longer than outdated halogen alternatives.

The SLS range currently includes the Surface/ Recessed Lights and the Connex Strip Light, both of which are available in ‘warm white’ and ‘cool white’ colour temperatures and each fitting features aluminium housing which is a good conductor of heat, allowing a high light output to be achieved.
