The structured surface offers a particularly high level of safety when showering and bathing. And now the European market leader for baths and shower trays has developed a new material composition that makes the anti-slip enamel finish even flatter, more subtle and more aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, with the full anti-slip enamel finish in the matching colour, Kaldewei offers stylish options for finishing floor-level showers in precious 3.5 mm steel enamel with the matching non-slip surfaces in any colour in the Coordinated Colours Collection.

Added safety – ultra flat, hardly visible and easy to clean
Kaldewei’s anti-slip finish is made from a combination of quartz and sand. This in then burnt firmly into the steel, so the structured surface will never wear no matter how much the bath is used; it also offers maximum safety underfoot, providing the optimum protection when bathing and showering. Thanks to this optimisation, the anti-slip enamel finish is now much flatter than before, which makes it fade stylishly – and almost invisibly – into the background. It also makes it much easier to clean the surface. The anti-slip properties are retained as before and, as has been confirmed by TÜV Rheinland, the items meet all the current standards, in particular classification group B for wet barefoot areas to DIN 51097 and classification group R11 as per DIN 51130. Kaldewei’s anti-slip enamel finish is also available for many shower trays and baths as a full anti-slip version with an even bigger standing area.
