With Dialock, Häfele offers hoteliers and their guests trendsetting technology. Using the latest Bluetooth technology, Häfele establishes secure communication from the digital room key to the Dialock electronic access control system. Book a room via the app at any time anywhere, check in easily, pay, and check out again without having to go to the reception. Häfele and its cooperation partner hotelbird make it possible.

With the hotelbird app, which hotel guests download to their smartphones, guests can check into a hotel with their smartphone, unlock the room door, pay, and check out.

Features: - Fully automatic integration into hotel management software systems (HMS) - Based on the latest Bluetooth low energy standard (BLE) - All processes, from check-in to check-out of the guest, are transparent and traceable, and the hotel can intervene manually at any time - An additional BLE module in the existing terminal enables the use of digital keys on a smartphone to unlock the room. The so-called “smartphone key” works in addition and at the same time as the key card. The payment process via the hotelbird app is carried out through a certified payment provider - Upon request by the hotel, different versions of a smartphone app can be implemented: o hotelbird app o White labeled app o Integration in the hotel’s app
