Shell Bathtub The Shell bathtub is made of genuine, hand-polished and oiled walnut. It is carved from a solid block of aromatic walnut using a precision CNC milling machine. The final form is refined, polished and oiled by hand many more times. With extremely high precision and a great love of detail, this concept is at the edge of what is possible – a wood bathtub can not be made any more delicate. The exacting production process includes precise positioning of every corner and curve, and the ergonomic optimisation of every radius and incline – including for use by two people. The sophisticated drain and overflow lie flush with the surface of the bathtub, disappearing into its form. The atmospheric and warm wood produces an exceptionally aesthetic enjoyment. Shell Bathtub makes an attractive impression, long before it is filled with hot water and relaxing oils, to spoil its owner with the luxury spa experience. In 2015 Shell Bathtub has received the Interior Innovation Award and was shown at the exhibition during the international furniture fair imm cologne. Shell Bathtub is available at the online store: shop.ninamair.at Dimensions: WxLxH= 85x188x52 cm Material: walnut, oiled

Shell Basin Functionality and substance dominate the Shell Basin design, the washbasin from the Shell range of bathroom furniture. The seamless bowl is carved from genuine walnut using a CNC milling machine, refined by hand and oiled repeatedly. Edges and curves are optimised for ideal ergonomic use. The sophisticated drain is integrated and lies flush with the surface. This masterpiece of craftsmanship is available in two versions – as an individual or double washbasin.
