Olmo, design Giulio Iacchetti for Danese

Danese Milano’s Olmo is a suspended track system based on a combination of plain optical and mechanical elements. Made up of a linear track module with a magnetic junction, which doubles up as a power source, Olmo features three luminous heads offering different performances; spot or diffused light. The track’s composition ensures appropriate structural properties through its C-section form and maximum combination flexibility, allowing configurations of varying numbers of lighting elements. The suspended frames accommodate an integrated, innovative printed circuit board for power supply, capable of supporting up to 130W. To ensure utmost mounting flexibility, the tracks can either be connected with one another or otherwise installed vertically or horizontally. Olmo is a system that grows spontaneously to adjust its geometry, look, and lighting performance to the needs of any space.
