Chicken eggshell is the main material of Novo. The hard shell, mainly composed of calcium carbonate, is turned into bendable covering material. It is cracked and randomly inlaid into a special paper. Since chicken eggs are primary edible material, eggshells are easily acquired. The natural product is not applicable for areas with direct sunlight and with high moisture. Novo has been developed as interior wall covering and furniture surface material. The product is safe for interior use. Novo is available in four designs; items are approximately 500x500mm or available in customised sizes.
