Fifty colours in intense bright and soft light shades for colourful, shiny walls. Colors offers a wide choice of colour shades in a horizontal, vertical and diagonal colour structure.

Mosa Colors consists of glossy wall tiles in fifty high-contrast colours, ranging from intensely bright to soft and light. There is a wide choice of colours. Colors symbolizes colour and creativity. Without any effort, a design with Colors results in pronounced walls. A characteristic surface full of dynamics in light, dark, fresh, soft, grayed or saturated tones. All Colors tiles are available in two sizes, making it easy to combine different colours.

The series is modular in design, so easy to combine with other sizes of tiles for walls and floors. As practical as creative.

Enhancing the design of contemporary interiors is made more achievable with Mosa Pattern Generator. This tool facilitates the generation of endless variations with both new and existing patterns for walls and floors. Users have the freedom to choose from various formats, grids, textures, and colors, which can then be exported to popular design software such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Vectorworks. These sketches enable the creation of tailored work efficiently, enhancing the presentation of designs.

High quality products

Mosa tiles have proven themselves as high-quality products. In Europe, they have amply fulfilled the conditions of the EN 14411 standard, and they also satisfy the CE marking requirement of the European Construction Products Regulation (CPR). In the USA, the tiles satisfy the high ANSI standards and the floor tiles were tested with positive results in line with ASTM standards. In international terms, all tile concepts have been tested for their durability and sustainability – with positive results – by an accredited independent party. In addition to the compulsory requirements, the tiles and the production processes satisfy voluntary environmental, health, and safety standards.

Sustainable design

Mosa focuses intensively on sustainability in the sense of Cradle to Cradle (C2C). We reduce waste, save energy, and assume our corporate social responsibility according to five main criteria: pure raw materials, a large potential for reuse, low energy consumption, environmentally-friendly water management, and good terms and conditions of employment. Mosa is the first ceramic-tile manufacturer in the world to have gained C2C Gold certification for the vast majority of its tile collection. Mosa tiles help designers achieve positive scores for Dutch and international building labels such as BREEAM, DGNB, HQE, and LEED.

We make sure the data linked to our tiles is accessible in various national and international databases for the award of sustainable building labels. These databases showcase how Mosa tiles have an impact on the building label. Mosa’s externally validated life-cycle analysis (LCA) supports the sustainable character of our tiles.

Digital tools

-The Pattern Generator: this allows you to create endless variations with patterns for walls and floors. Once you have chosen a pattern, the tool calculates the exact number of tiles required. It also automatically generates a working drawing with instructions for the tiler. The Pattern Generator allows a free choice from all possible formats, grids, textures, and colors that can then be exported to ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Vectorworks. You can find the Pattern Generator on our website.

Always informed

Mosa is happy to share our knowledge of our products and services, and have therefore produced various forms of documentation for you. We have product specifications, brochures, installation recommendations, performance statements, EPDs, and certifications. This documentation can be found in the download center on the Mosa website.

Choosing the right tile purely on the basis of photos can be tricky. You can more easily judge the quality, color, texture, and the dessin if you have the tile in your hands. Color samples and sample folders can therefore always be requested free of obligation via your project adviser, Customer Care, Mosa Design Studios, partners, and our website. If you request a color sample via our website, simply select the desired color and proceed through the option menu to specify the desired finish.

Reference Projects

Delft City Hall and Train Station

Arriving in Delft is an unforgettable experience. From the outset, Mecanoo’s idea was to design a station that makes it clear to visitors that they have arrived in Delft. The station, in combination with the new city hall, sits atop a new train tunnel built in place of the old concrete viaduct that divided the city in two since 1965. A vaulted ceiling features an enormous historic 1877 map of Delft and its surroundings, connecting the station with the city hall. Within the station hall, walls and columns are adorned with a contemporary re-interpretation of Delft Blue tiles. You can walk directly from the station into the city hall.

Elfstedenhal Leeuwarden

For Frisians, an ice rink is not just a building. Skating is deeply rooted in culture and learning to skate is one of Frisians’ earliest childhood memories. That makes an ice rink more than just a building. And the Elfstedenhal is more than just an ice rink. It is a contemporary representation of the Frisian identity and our connection with skating.

Kaboom Hotel

The bathrooms feature tiles from the Mosa Colors and Global Collection, with 15 x 15 cm tiles for the floors and 10 x 10 cm tiles for the walls. The 10 x 10 cm high gloss tiles reminds of days gone by – of old-world Paris and the charms of yesteryear. The designer deliberately sought out this contrast between old and modern by combining uniquely sized diagonal tiles with an ultra-modern rain shower.
