HexChar was prototyped in 2016 as a 1:2 scaled series of panels. The modules are composed of Made of Air, a thermoplastic containing 50% atmospheric carbon. The modules are fixed with custom 3D printed connectors which respond to the surface geometry. The prototype series may be replicated for industrial production and is suitable in size for interior or small exterior applications.
