This perfectly tailored marbleized flooring uses the latest in technology. It is color-bodied which means that the colors that are used in producing the surface of tiles are the same as the colors used in making the “body” of the tile. This through-body colored material enables the tile to be denser and stronger. Therefore, its ideal for high commercial traffic areas. Lifestone uses digital technology which is a glazing technology that utilizes an infinite amount of high resolution marble imprints. It creates multiple non-repetitive patterns, a true to life marbleization. The computer then applies this digital technology to the surface of the tile, controlling not only the pattern, but also the shading and color variation. It uses rectified cutting which means each peice is cut and mechanically finished with precise edges so tighter grout joints can be achieved. Lifestone is available in 5 popular shades and many different sizes.
