Created by Daniel Libeskind for Loloey, this exclusive collection of ten rugs and carpets is inspired by fractal geometry recognizable in the philosophy and style of the body of work of the famous architect. The abstract geometrical pattern created for these carpets display Libeskind’s interest in the interplay between order and disorder, while the color palette used it’s typical of its production. Truly unique, the wall-to-wall carpets are handmade by means of a tufting technique from 100% bamboo silk that has been hand-carved to enhance the geometric, clean-cut lines of the design.
The full collection will be presented during the ‘Saloni del Mobile 2016’ from Tuesday 12/04 to Sunday 17/04 at showroom ‘INTERNO 18’ Via Solferino 18 (Brera Design District).
