Air conditioning and Floor and wall heating

A comfortable room climate has a decisive influence on wellbeing and efficiency in the workplace. Mounting the heating elements to the ceiling allows the full area of a room to be utilised, which is a huge benefit especially in offices and business premises.

The Vitramo infrared heating system in offices and business premises

 creates thermal comfort, because warm walls are better than hot air.  supplies the room only with as much heat as is absolutely necessary for the people in that room to feel comfortable.  heats the building envelope consisting of floor/wall and uses it as a heat accumulator.  heats the rooms in such a way that the temperature levels of the surfaces in one room - differently from "air heating" - adapt to each other.  can create different "heat comfort zones" next to one another in one room.  offers small-format, efficient heating elements which are decorative rather than conspicuous in their design.  does not reduce the effective area of a room, in that the heating elements are mounted by preference to the ceiling.  creates a "tiled-stove feel" with its radiant heat!  does not give rise in heating-up phases to unpleasant accompanying phenomena. For instance, floor temperatures above 26°C lead to circulation irritations and radiator temperatures up to 70°C cause dust to be burned, swirled up and spread around the room.  does not give rise to wall discoloration through the settling of micro-dust in damp-cold areas and over radiators,  but instead keeps the walling dry and the rooms free of heating dust.
