It is a ceramic for coating which expresses the contemporary language of architecture, bringing out the tradition and the excellence which have always characterized this Tuscan brand. "Gran Mogol" collection is named after the well-known diamond and actually it has been inspired by the magic shape of this diamond.'Gran Mogol' is not only a collection of 3D ceramic tiles designed both for indoor and outdoor: it represents a real Architectonic Plan inspired by ashlar working, as it was employed in the Renaissance Architecture, to give majesty to palace façades. Diamond charm and plasticity of Renaissance palace façades: these are the two key concepts this new line of products summarizes; Pecchioli shows it, with a concept and a design by Roberto Lazzeroni, on the occasion of this fair, with the aim to call attention of both the world related to the architectonic plan and the one closer to the interior design. 'Gran Mogol' collection expresses the language of Architecture, but also the one of Decoration and represents a real “bridge” between the tradition Pecchioli represents and the future for the ceramic coating designers employ with no aesthetical and functional limits whatsoever. As a matter of fact 'Gran Mogol' aesthetical quality and technical features perfectly meet designers’ needs starting from the tile size which is equal to 15x15 cm: that is to say a passe-partout to be employed on its own or together with different sizes in order to achieve the greatest versatility of coating compared with the space of use. This first launch of the collection provides one single size (15x15 cm), available in 5 versions of different diamond grinding and 2 color nuances for enameling: charcoal gray and gold that are characterized by a homogeneous finishing, almost minimal. This collection provides the development in many colors Pecchioli offers for its carry over lines. This a project that Roberto Lazzeroni designed “custom made” for Pecchioli Ceramica of Florence, a historic Tuscan company which produces extraordinary ceramics, unique for their colors and finishing, thus continuing the tradition of Manifattura Ceramica Galileo Chini founded in 1896 in Florence.
