Pipes and fittings

Mepla pipes are flexible, durable and simple to use - a smart solution that is both reliable and quick to install in applications with hot and cold water and heating and cooling systems. Mepla system combines multilayer pipe with PVDF and gun metal fittings. The pipe consists of 3 layers bonded into a single unit. The HDPE outer layer provides protection and UV resistance. The central edge is welded to an aluminium layer providing high stability and an effective oxygen barrier, whilst the inner PE layer provides extreme resistance to limescale - significantly enhancing hygiene. Most Mepla pipe sizes can be bent, creating the opportunity to reduce fittings and hence lowers the overall installed cost. The system is suitable for an operating pressure of up to 10 bar and operating temperature of up to 70°C.

Features at a glance · Lightweight · High stability · Low coefficient of expansion · Hygienic · Corrosion resistant · Diameters from 16mm to 75mm Applications: · Hot and cold water supply (mains and risers) · Low temperature hot water systems · Industrial applications · Compressed air
