The perfect geometric balance between back and seat surfaces has given rise to the new Chelsea armchair by Swan, designed by architect Francesco Lucchese, company Art Director.

Its underlying creative concept, inspired by a British mood, consists in the ratio between comfort and an austere design, clearly evident in the orthogonal surfaces defining its compact structure and totemic volumes.

Wide leather upholstered armrests further enhance its aesthetic impact, as they extend for the entire depth of the seat to become one with the shell.

Poised between experimentation and contamination, Chelsea’s refined details flirt with the fashion world: from visible stitching and leather piping in contrast with cushion fabrics to the side pocket for use as a convenient magazine holder and a leather grip that recalls the details of fashion accessories, adding up to a surprisingly versatile product, ideal for residential and contract applications alike. Chelsea is available in two versions, one of which with side pocket for magazine holder.

With its great personality, Chelsea tends towards absolute design purity, by narrating a new living experience signed by Swan, an interpreter of exquisite quality and stylistic research for over 50 years.
