With its British Standard installation system, Gira offers one of the world's most extensive product ranges for intelligent building management. The range spans socket outlets, dimmers, rocker and push switches, inserts for blind control, air-conditioning control and door communication, in addition to the Gira KNX and radio bus system. These clever solutions ensure more convenience, security and value in accordance with the testing criteria of the British Standard Institution. A total of 280 functions from Gira System 55 can be realised with the British Standard product range, which also features products for countries where installation is in accordance with the British Standard. In light of this, the individual functions are equipped with special support rings for installation in 58 mm flush-mounted boxes and British Standard boxes. Of course, all the functions can be integrated in the Gira Standard 55, E2, Esprit, Event, E22 and F100 switch ranges. Future-fit technology unites with the highest design quality. The inserts from System 55 are available in the colours pure white glossy, cream white glossy, aluminium and anthracite. The material variants stainless steel, aluminium and thermoplastic pure white glossy are also available in the E22 switch range. In order to enhance the clear visual design of the cover plates, unattractive screws were deliberately foregone. All British Standard devices with integrated control displays feature clearly visible LED signal lights.
