BetonRadiant standard is a modular system for the realization of radiant floor heating systems and it is composed by two high density BetonWood panels (1350 Kg/m³), according to the European standard EN 13986, realized in Portland concrete type and wood fiber of debarked Pine. The thermodynamic properties: thermal conductivity coefficient λ=0,26 W/mK, specific heat c=1,88 KJ/Kg K, water vapour diffusion resistance factor μ=22,6 and fire resistance class A2. One of these panels is milled for housing piping systems for radiant floor heating, meanwhile the other one form the layer below. The superior panel, after the laying of pipes and filling the grooves, is suitable to any superficial coating finishing, chosen by the final user. The two panels are coupled in factory with a patented system and the wood used in their processing comes from controlled forests and pressed with water and hydraulic binder (Portland concrete) with a high cold compression ratio.
The system is composed by two panel types, one “Standard type” to use in the laying of the heating tubes in the central portion of the rooms and a module for the collector and to the curves of the pipes at the edges of the rooms.
The wood cement panels BetonRadiant are also: • Fire resistance class A2; • High mechanical resistance; • Product certified by green building; • Free from formaldehyde, asbestos; • Breaks down a wide range of acoustic frequencies, even very high; • Resistant in the outside; • Antifreeze;
