More and more people are following the trend to no longer follow trends. These are the people who will find what they are looking for at Berker Manufaktur. This dedicated part of the international Hager cooperation creates one of a kind switches and sockets based Innovation and Craftsmanship. In close collaboration with architects and designers, this design and production process results in unique and personalized switches and sockets. The aim Manufaktur is therefore not to create switches that suit everybody, but to create switches which suit the demand of its customers.
Looking at the new Jeans layer, here presented on a Berker R1 switch and the round R-Classic, you immediately notice the dynamic texture of the blue denim jeans. But take a few steps back and you will only see a dark blue surface with abstract parallel lines across the switch. Combine it with the white switch buttons and you will have a young and slightly extravagant switch. Go for the black inserts and you will create a more hidden, classy switch.
The Patina switches from the Berker Manufaktur visualize the power of nature when rough steel is being covered with a slight layer of cupper which is then moistened. This is a process of which the result is never predictable and therefor always shows different lines, color gradients and spots. The switches are covered with a very thin layer of varnish in order to prevent the surface from oxidizing further but it does not prevent you from feeling the different shades. This material can be produced on a large variety of Berker switches and sockets.
The concrete switches have become a standard option on the Berker R1 range and are based on the know-how and development of Berker Manufaktur. They provide a perfect answer to the architectural concrete which is dominating more and more interiors. Thanks to this material, the switches and sockets give a perfectly balanced impression of being rough and refined at the same time.
