Banker Wire is the first manufacturer to mass-produce woven metal fabric with circular patterns, like M22-83. These mesh patterns apply the durability, versatility and aesthetic appeal of architectural mesh to new circular weaves.

This innovative mesh is woven with the same wire as traditional architectural mesh, but is instead crimped by a spiral machine around a fixed point. The fixed point is adjustable, allowing for different sizes and therefore different percentages of open area. The finished wires are then woven together by a loom operator, creating the final pattern.

The Banker Wire M22-83 architectural wire mesh pattern uses a pair of nested helical crimped wires to define the circular mesh shape. The unique reflective surfaces of the circle mesh is doubled in perfect unison. This pattern is slightly smaller in scale than the larger M22-80.

The double wire pattern adds strength to this weave and is a great option for railings, screen walls, space dividers, and signage, plus many other interior or exterior design applications.

Percent Open: 41.4% Overall Thickness: 0.160 in Aspect Ratio: 1.00 : 1 Crimp Style: 2H2H Weight (lbs/sqft): 1.700 Available Materials: Copper, Brass, Bronze, Mild Steel, Pre-Galvanized, Stainless Steel
