Catena Coffee Table

A coffee table consisted of four side tables. The unusual placement of side tables composes the L shape of the coffee table, which is an original form for coffee tables. The surface of the coffee table could be used very efficiently through this L shape. Three of the side tables have been designed as “wheeled-tables” to facilitate the movement easily, so it needs no extra effort to use tables as coffee or side table, just the side tables should be brought togehter in L shape. The load bearing elements of each side table is formed, by using different combination of the same shape. This simple shape, a rectangle with circular edge, is also the form of each side of the coffee table, so the form of each side table and cofee table is different but related.
