Thin and light, strong and versatile, H67D is a glass wall without vertical mountings characterized by a new profile that defines the space with harmonic and essential lines. Shape and colors have been designed to give a more playful mood to a product traditionally very technical.
The system is primarily intended for the workplace, but thanks to the personalized solutions that can be obtained with the many finishes available, can be used also in the home and showrooms. Thanks to the reduction of the thickness of weights and simplification of the components , the partition has a sleek profile, lightweight but strong at the same time. The same profile of the partition H67 is capable of meeting demands of new construction or renovations, giving new emphasis to an environment with inserts of different materials such as wood and polycarbonate to create contrasting materials.
H67M wall is a full-height partition system realized with a single glass pane positioned flush with the outside that integrates with H67D system, granting visual and aesthetic continuity. The H67D and H67M walls ensure in fact full assembly compatibility of the various combinations offered by the system and ensure to solve complex joins with different types of wall.
Structural features Like H67D, H67M wall system is based on an extruded-aluminium profile of reduced dimensions, 64 mm in width and 50 mm in height, attached to the floor and ceiling with two co-extruded rigid/soft PVC seals assuring soundproofing around all edges of the wall. An adjustment system using micro-adjustable feet ensures an inner excursion of ± 12.5 mm of the support profile of the wall, which, sliding inside accurately positioned H guides, makes it possible to compensate for any variations in floor and ceiling height, ensuring a fixed height of 50 mm from the floor. The result is a groove of 20 mm which extends without interruption along the edges of the space and that , suspending the vertical surfaces from the ground , is able to pass from the glazed partition to the masonry wall ,giving a full visual continuity. Aluminium profiles 27 mm wide are used for the side bases and upper stringers, creating continuity between the profiles and leaving a continuous skirting at floor level. ABS injection-molded closure elements painted in the same finish as the aluminium profile provide the end sealing elements of the floor pieces. Overall wall width: 64 mm. Modules: width ranging between 300 mm and 1000 mm , maximum 3000 mm in height. Outer finishes Glass finish: single laminated glass of 5+5 mm or 6+4 mm thickness with pvb film, or tempered glass panels of 10 mm. On demand single laminated glass of 6+6 mm. The glass panes may be transparent, sandblasted, screen-printed or can bear adhesive films with stripes or customized drawings and colours. The single-piece glass panes are joined vertically by means of transparent polycarbonate profiles sealed with a bi-adhesive strip in acrylic foam for a perfect vertical join between panels .On demand H shaped aluminium vertical profiles can be used as linear joints.
Aluminium finish: Color natural anodized aluminium, powder painted RAL colors or mirror/polished finish to allow full customization possibilities.
DOORS The H67M systems provides for installation of doors that are perfectly aligned with the wall and grant visual continuity of the surface with the fixed part of the infill panels. Full glazed door framed with aluminium profiles (in version with double panes of 10 mm or 6 mm) total thickness 64 mm ( flush with wall), with hinge opening and soundproofing system, along with adjustable hinges. Door frame in extruded aluminium with sealing strip; lever handle with cylinder lock . Transparent glass, sandblasted, screen-printed or with adhesive films with stripes or customized drawings and colours. Full height solid door 64 mm thick with hinge opening and soundproofing system, along with adjustable hinges. Door frame in extruded aluminium with sealing strip; honeycomb core with laminate finish , timber veneered or lacquered; equipped with lever handle with cylinder lock, key yale. Sliding doors in full glass or solid version, hang from external tracks provided with sliding devices.
