Project Manager from New York, United States
I am an architect with extensive experience in various scale projects which range in size from large mixed use towers to intricate contemporary residences. These include some very complex residential, institutional and commercial projects which had many consultants and complex user based committees driving programmatic challenges. I have worked for and participated on designs and master plans for some of New York City’s most celebrated practices such as Gwathmey Siegel, Rafael Vinoly and Polshek Partnership.

As a lead designer and manager I have taken projects from conceptual ideas to final products. During these projects I have often been the prime liaison between the principals and the owners and developers. As the manager of the design teams I have overseen and delegated work to large teams of varied skill sets. My attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills ensure that every project I work on is done accurately and to the highest possible standard. I am comfortable working as part of a team but also have the ability to take an authoritative role when the situation arises. My verbal communication skills and positive attitude make me an effective communicator with all clients, consultants and staff I work with.

My website is a digital portfolio which was assembled on Mr. Gwathmey’s request when applying for adjunct teaching positions. The Portfolio was in part an effort that started in 2005, documenting my work over the years as a professional and teacher. The genesis of the website illustrates my contribution to projects I have worked on as part of a team. I have used CAD (including Rhino, Revit, etc.) and computers since its introduction into the architectural practice. That experience includes sophisticated three dimensional modeling and Adobe Suite as well as many other Graphic programs.
