Atelier TT is an international studio for architecture, planning, and interior design led by its founding principals, Jan Steven Tjandra and Lisa Teo. The firm began as an experimental studio in 2008 and has evolved into a practice with offices in Jakarta and Singapore.
We are a research driven firm that operates like a laboratory with an aim to rethink and to create innovative and exciting environments. Our design process is guided upon three primary factors: Context, Research and Transformation. These factors will be used to guide and to generate ideas at all stages.
Atelier TT’s design philosophy is that each project is unique, and the design should evolve through the particular characteristic of each project. We believe good design is produced from careful study and research, fused with detail technical knowledge and artistic judgment. Atelier TT has a holistic approach to Architecture that includes interior design, landscape, furniture design, and planning.
At Atelier TT We see design limitations as opportunities to experiment with new and exciting ideas. We strive to bring innovative and fresh solutions to our projects-increasing their value redefining the world around in relevant & innovative ways.
Today, Atelier TT continuous to grow through the exploration of spatial typologies and has garnered an expanding portfolio of work which compromises a-broad spectrum of sectors from mix-use commercial; hospitality, and residential. This projects are sited across South East Asia.
