Responsible for the leadership and management of Zurich's corporate real estate and operations, inclusive of; stakeholder relationships, asset structuring, workplace strategies, planning & design, facility management, business continuity planning and external partner relationships in Asia Pacific, Africa, the Middle-East and Oceania.

My career has spanned and integrated the practices of Architecture, Programme Management, Finance, Operations and Asset Management supporting multinational businesses and financial institutions across the globe.

Prior to joining Zurich Financial, I was Head of Global Asset Management at Standard Chartered Bank with responsibility for the Bank’s owned property portfolio inclusive of the development and management of strategies encompassing; financial and transaction structuring, sustainable redevelopment and change management programs. Earlier, I was a partner of EC Harris, a global professional consultancy, responsible for its corporate real estate and change management programs in Asia. Before that, I led Nortel Networks’ workplace planning strategies in North & South America, North Asia & Greater China and earlier still, the Global Planning efforts for Monsanto Life Sciences Company.

Additionally, between completion of university studies and switching to “in-house” corporate roles as described above, I practiced Architecture at Emery Roth and Sons and Haines Lundberg & Waehler based in NYC, and subsequent to these experiences, established and managed my own successful architectural design practice with offices in Houston, Dallas and Portugal.

I am an executive officer of; the Business Environment Council in Hong Kong, and Corenet, a professional association of global corporate real estate executives, and a faculty member of its accredited Global Learning Faculty which administers the executive corporate real estate master’s programme in Asia Pacific.
