Responsibilities include :
 Rich & qualitative experience in Project Management, Civil Works and Site Management of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
 Adept in planning, executing and spearheading construction projects involving method engineering, development, contract administration and resource planning with a flair for adoption modern construction methodologies in compliance with quality standards
 Proficient in swiftly ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on time deliverables within pre-set parameters
CORE COMPETENCIES
 Site & Construction Management
• Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordination with Site Management
• Involved in conducting field survey, site planning and submitting the same to the concerned
• Coordinating with different stake holders for various trades and resolving bottlenecks
• Liaison with local authorities for clearances and approval
• Coordinating with Consultants, Contractors and Clients for smooth functioning of the construction
 Quality Assurance / Control
• Preparation and review of Method Statements, Work Specific Quality Control Plants, Inspection of works and materials for compliance to specifications and drawings
 Project Scheduling and Monitoring
• Identify shortcomings in the delivery of work, man, material & machinery and suggest corrective measures
