Since a design stage and in the course of production and installation up to object delivery, the Project Manager assumes a duty to operate and coordinate all actions, and also to control accurate and exact execution of the order. "To operate the project" means to understand needs of the customer, to develop the project, to carry on dialogue with the customer from the point of view of architecture and design, but also to choose adequate decisions and suppliers, to meet finally economic requirements of the customer, and in case of need, to optimize the prices and materials for achievement of desirable and best result not to the detriment of the design decision and quality.
