Brief
The 1970’s office building was tired, drab and not as thermally efficient as it could be, wasting money and energy for the residents. It needed a full renovation to bring it up to modern standards and Kingspan panels easily fitted the brief.
The solution
Our Optimo insulated wall panels were installed on the building’s façade to maximise visual impact and provide a clean, smooth and ultra-modern look. The installation of these panels on the four-storey building provided a practical and cost-effective solution, that creates a striking appearance. There are all the benefits of off-site pre-fabrication plus lower lifetime costs through a reduced maintenance plan and lower energy costs.
