One of the disadvantages of sanitary facilities is the feeling of unease that users experience due to the difficulty of establishing an emotional link with spaces that most of the times have been based on a very impersonal and distant approach. In this sense, in our proposal, we commit to an integrating idea: the two starting volumes to be built are to be understood as two halves of a whole, this whole being separated by a common space. The intermediate area enhances and boosts the concept of collectivity. A number of movements, glances, activities and conversations of the dwellers, the plants, the colors…etc are commingled in this space. All the housings in upper stories, as well as the day center located on the ground floor, converge openly in this vivid interior patio.
