This unusual high-rise will stand against the windowless facade of its even higher, 120-metre neighbour. The neighbour’s name is Łucka City – the biggest and perhaps the least appreciated apartment building in Warsaw. The new house shall resemble an oversized cabinet, finished with wood panelling on the sides, glazed with an undulating curtain wall shielding the apartments from the sunlight and the traffic noise.
The second version of the investment, redesigned into an office tower, features a concrete exo skeleton that serves a double function of structural support and heating prevention.
